Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not totally happy with your order, you can return the item within ten days from the date it was received as long as it is in its original container, not opened and in good and same condition as it was received.
What if an item has been opened?
Items that have been opened, used, or is not in a resalable condition is NOT eligible for a return or a refund.
What do I do if I receive a damaged, expired or incorrect item?
All items should be inspected immediately once received. If you receive a damaged, expired or incorrect item you must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package at firstname.lastname@example.org with images and detailed explanation about the issue.Details provided will Help us discuss and solve the problem.
How long will it take to receive a credit for my return?
We process returns daily (Monday–Friday). As soon as we receive your returned package, we will inspect it and process the return. It could take 2-3 weeks for the credit to show on your credit or debit card statement.
GEONUTRA INC. is not responsible for the shipping fees of your returned package. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or any other form of insured mail to return your package. we are not responsible for any package that never makes it back to our warehouse.

All returns of “duplicate item” (item previously returned by the same customer from a previous order) are subject to approval.
Please contact Customer Service to check eligibility for a refund before returning any item.
Please know that we are unable to issue checks or cash back for returned products.
IMPORTANT: If we were charged a fee to receive your returned package, we will deduct the fee from your total refund. If the fee was greater than the refunded amount, no refund will be issued for the returned order.
Incorrect Address / Returned Items
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays, fees, loss of package, or other delivery issues if you have made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we can not issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us due to an address error will be refunded for the purchase price of the product minus any shipping charges. Unfortunately, if the order was sent back to our warehouse damaged or not in a resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If your package was sent back to us due to any of the following reasons: Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address or being Refused, You may be responsible for return shipping fees. It will be deducted from the total order refund.
